We offer whole-house retrofit surveys that allow you to tender individual elements to sub-contractors whilst only requiring a single survey.
Covers solar PV, solar thermal, insulation upgrades, heat pump and central heating upgrades, with cost/benefit analysis.
ASHP Retrofit Heat Calculation Surveys
We undertake full property heat calculation surveys, breaking down all individual elements of the building fabric to determine expected heat loss.
This includes radiator upgrade schedules, possible cable and pipe runs, including any likely installation risks.
Solar Panel Roof Fit and Condition Surveys
Our roof fit surveys include building fabric condition reports and likely logistic and install risks.
During the survey, we try and determine likely and acceptable cable and pipe locations with the resident.
